- Using paid and/or non-paid methods to analyze and monitor user engagement
- Following social media trends, not just in Japan but Asia and globally, and tie them into your own activites
- Finding partners to participate in boosting brand performance when necessary

Necessary Skills and Experience

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business, data sciences, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in social media marketing and advertising

- Up-to-date knowledge of trends across the global market
- An understanding of the types of influencers that exist among each market
- The ability to maximize and optimize marketing campaigns through proper analysis
- Experience in anime, games, or other areas of the entertainment industry
