◆Regarding Images/Videos

• Please do not include any information that could identify an individual, including in the background, reflections, etc.
• Please do not take any photos/videos in dangerous areas, or areas where recording is prohibited.
• Please refrain from sharing images or videos that include third parties who have not given their consent to be photographed, or objects (such as premises or buildings) owned or managed by individuals or corporations that have not given their consent.
• When taking photos/videos in public places, please be considerate of your surroundings and respectful to others.
• Please note that the following types of submissions will be ineligible for this campaign. Furthermore, please note that even if you are selected to win a prize in the lottery, if it is found that your submission falls under any of the following categories, your submission may be invalidated.
  ・Submissions related to works other than “Bayonetta” (the first entry in the “Bayonetta” series)
  ・Submissions that infringe on the rights or interests of third parties (including parodies and imitations)
  ・Submissions that are harmful to or discriminating of individuals or groups
  ・Submissions with content that could be viewed as obscene or inappropriate to the general public
  ・Submissions created using generative AI or similar image or video generation tools
  ・Submissions that the selection committee deems to be unsuitable for any reason

• Submissions may be reprinted on the PlatinumGames official website or official blog. Also, submissions may be used for the promotion of this campaign or the sales promotion of the “Bayonetta” series without compensation to the creator. Please note that submission creators will not be notified individually if their submission is used in the above circumstances.

◆Regarding Submissions

• A publicly viewable Instagram account or X account is required to send a submission for this campaign.
• Campaign entrants are limited to those above the age rating given to the game “Bayonetta” in their respective region.
• Campaign entrants selected to receive a prize will be notified via direct message (hereafter referred to as a “DM”)  from one of the official PlatinumGames X accounts (@platinumgames and @platinumgames_jp) or from the official PlatinumGames Instagram account (@platinumgames_official). Campaign entrants must respond to the DM with the relevant information by the date specified in said DM in order for the prize to be shipped.
• Campaign entrants who have set their X or Instagram accounts to block or filter DMs will not be able to be contacted and therefore disqualified from the selection process.
• Please be aware that prizes will be shipped from Japan and may take some time to arrive depending on the delivery location.

◆Other

• This project is organized by PlatinumGames Inc. (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) with the cooperation of SEGA Games Co., and has no connection with X Corp. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
• In the case of unforeseen issues with the operation of X, Instagram, or other related services, this campaign may be altered or canceled without prior notice.
• Any personal information provided to receive prizes from this campaign will be handled in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.
• The Company will not respond to any inquiries regarding application status or the lottery results.
• The Company bears no responsibility for any problems that arise from acts that infringe on copyrights or usage rights for the likeness of others.
• The Company bears no responsibility for any manner of disputes that may arise between  campaign entrants and other third parties involving this campaign.
• Campaign entrants grant the Company permission to use the submitted work in any way (including licensing to third parties, editing, or modification) free of charge, indefinitely, and without conditions, and the entrant shall not exercise any moral rights of authorship or performance.
• In the case that a work created for this campaign is derived from a copyrighted work (hereafter, the “original work”) for which the Company holds the copyright or for which a third party has granted usage rights to the Company, the campaign entrant may use the original work for the purpose of this campaign only. Furthermore, the Company has the right to revoke the above authorization at its discretion.
• Prizes for this contest are to be shipped from the Company office in Japan. Campaign entrants participate on the understanding that shipping to international delivery addresses is a process that may take many weeks or months.
• The Company shall cover the cost of shipping the prize to the Campaign Entrants randomly chosen as the winner (hereafter “the Winner”). In the case of international shipping, the Company will endeavor to pay the customs duties, however there is the possibility that charges may occur which are subject to be paid by the Winner.
• After the Winner has informed the Company of their shipping address, should the Winner be located in a territory to which courier services are unable to deliver the prize, the Winner will forfeit the prize and a new Winner will be selected at random.
